Terms
These terms cover use of roleborn.com and the Phase 0 founding-member deposit. They are not a substitute for a full product terms of service, which will ship when paid subscriptions open.
The site
This site is informational marketing for a product under construction. Descriptions of salary tiers, roles, and product mechanics describe the planned model. Nothing is guaranteed until offered in a live product agreement.
Founding-member deposit
- Amount: $49 USD, one-time, paid via Stripe Payment Link.
- The deposit is not a subscription and does not include product access.
- What it buys today: a place on the founding-member priority list, build-in-public updates, and direct founder access by email.
- On conversion to a paid Roleborn subscription (when offered): hiring fee waived for a limited period; priority onboarding at Phase 2; subscription at standard tier pricing. There is no locked-for-life discount.
- We may stop the Phase 0 program. If we cancel or do not offer a conversion path, deposits are refundable (see below).
Refund policy
Your $49 founding-member deposit is fully refundable any time until public launch, and fully refundable if we cancel the Phase 0/1 project or do not offer you a conversion path. Request a refund by emailing the address on this page; we process refunds via Stripe to the original payment method. The deposit is not a subscription and does not include product access.

Payments
Card processing is performed by Stripe. Roleborn does not store full payment card numbers. Chargebacks and Stripe's terms also apply to the payment transaction.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site, attempt to disrupt hosting, or use the site for unlawful activity. Automated scraping that harms availability is not allowed.
