How to request a refund
- Email hello@roleborn.com from the address you used at checkout, with subject line "Founding deposit refund".
- Include your Stripe receipt email or payment date if you have it (helpful, not required for good-faith requests).
- We process refunds via Stripe to the original payment method. After Stripe issues the refund, banks typically post it within 5-10 business days.
When the refund window closes
The deposit stays refundable until public launch. After you convert to a paid Roleborn subscription (if and when offered), different subscription terms apply. If Roleborn cancels Phase 0/1 or does not offer a conversion path, you get a full refund.
